Trichology Diploma India. Trichology is the study of hair and scalp health. When Chennai based Indian entrepreneur Carolin Praba, the owner of a chain of nine hairdressing salons saw a market for hair health she established V-Care Health Educational Propagation and Development Trust to offer a Diploma course in Trichology in India. She was aware of the Australian competency based vocational training model and sought an Australian partner to provide the curriculum and certification.
WBI's Indian partner Vignesh Education Consultants engaged WBI to negotiate with an Australian TAFE provider. Regional Technical and Further Education (TAFE) college, Bendigo Regional Institute of TAFE entered into an agreement with V-Care in 2007. They sent a staff member to India to inspect the facilities and to train teaching staff in the Australian standards for Workplace Training and Assessment.
WBI's David Weston visited V-Care in January 2008 and was impressed by the quality of the teaching facilities, the equipment students had access to and the qualifications of the V-Care faculty.
V-Care has placed all of the study models on-line so that students can undertake self-paced learning where ever they are located in India.

Top Chinese Chefs to Melbourne. Melbourne's Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex prides itself on the excellent range of restaurants from a variety of international cuisines. In Chinese cooking the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse is where Chinese state leaders meet with their foreign counterparts often celebrated over elaborate multi-course banquets.
The guesthouse represents China's image both to the world and to its own citizens. The decor of the guesthouse should fully express a great nation's grandeur and dignity that trace back to thousands of years ago. In the past it was known as Angler's Terrace (Diaoyutai) because more than 800 years in the Chin Dynasty, an official named Wang Yu secluded himself there in the guise of a fisherman.
WBI through its contacts in China was able to secure the services of two of the head chefs from Diaoyutai and two junior staff to cook at Crown's Silks Restaurant for China National Week.
"The continuing relationship between China and Australia can be enhanced by Australian's love of fine dining and the excellence of China's top chefs." Mr Weston said.
